Enhanced Service for the Entire Southern Cone

As a technological leader in sports timing hardware and software, RACE RESULT continues to expand its presence throughout Latin America. Steady growth in the region, combined with the increasing demand for high-level event timing solutions, has prompted a significant shift in our Latin American operations, now based in Argentina. From this location, we will provide superior and more efficient service to all customers across the Southern Cone.

Through Race Result Latin America S.R.L., our office will handle all processes related to importation, nationalization, and customs procedures for shipments to Argentina. This means that starting 24/11/2025, all purchases will be made directly, and Argentine customers will no longer need to worry about agents, paperwork, or any type of customs process. Everything will be managed internally by our team, ensuring a fast, clear, and frictionless experience.

Additionally, one of the most anticipated benefits for our customers: Products can now be paid directly in Argentine pesos, even though shop prices and invoices will continue to be shown in USD. This simplifies administration, reduces financial costs, and enables a more agile operation for companies and event organizers throughout the country. Please note that prices will continue to be displayed in USD in the shop and will also appear in USD on the invoice; only the actual payment can be made in Argentine pesos.

Among the most important improvements introduced with this new structure, our office in Argentina will maintain local stock of products and consumables, which will significantly reduce waiting times and ensure immediate availability of materials for events, maintenance, and critical operations.

The local RACE RESULT team in Argentina will provide technical support, commercial assistance, training, and guidance at every stage of the timing process. The closer proximity to organizers will also allow us to offer faster response times and more efficient coordination for rentals, services, and equipment updates.
