You may either place your order with a delivery address in Germany (DE) or choose to collect the goods directly from our premises.
Please let us know that you intend to export the goods outside the European Union within two weeks after collection or delivery, and provide us with the final destination address.
We will then prepare and provide you with the required export documents, including the customs declaration and the commercial invoice.
After the export has been completed, we require a confirmation of export that has been signed and stamped by the customs office responsible for the export from the EU.
Once we receive the official proof of export (the customs document bearing the customs office's stamp), we will refund the VAT that was charged and paid with your order.
