Triathlon event file

In this triathlon, participants can take part in the Sprint distance as an individual or a relay team.

Here we chose to set up the two categories as separate contests, with relay teams set up as one participant entry with the extra names as additionnal text fields.

Under Main Window > Participants, you will see all fields that are imported from Excel using the start list attached.

Under Main Window > User-defined fields and functions, you will find the fields and functions set up to define the category of the relay teams, as well as the different start waves.

Virtual Trail Run

This event is a virtual Trail Run, where participants register online, then can access their data to submit their times once they have completed the course.

Look at the participants data structure, the online registration and online self-service forms and email confirmation templates, as well as the images names, standardised to gain time from event to event.
