Can barcodes / QR codes be printed?
For your custom print products, we can generate and print barcodes / QR codes. The following options are available:
- Barcode 39
- EAN 13
- Barcode 128
- QR code
Can I provide my own barcodes / QR codes?
You are also welcome to provide your own barcodes / QR codes. We will place them according to your specifications. Please note our guidelines for data submission.
For codes with static content (e.g. a URL) or with reference to the bib number, we only need the desired content or text. The codes will then be generated by us.
What do these options cost?
Additional costs will only be incurred if the contents for the barcodes / QR codes are generated from a RACE RESULT 14 event or an Excel list or if variable, personalized codes from third-party providers are used. In this case, the personalization fee will be charged.

How can I add the options to my order?
During the ordering process, you can select one of four layout options in the "Layout / Logos / Fonts" section. You can add a description to each option. Please inform us which type of barcode / QR code you need, which content should be included, and at which position the code should be placed.
If you would like to provide your own files, please select an option that allows file uploads.
How can I check the content of the barcodes / QR codes?
As soon as the order has been received, we will provide you with a print preview as quickly as possible. Please check the barcodes / QR codes carefully. To ensure that all codes are working and have been assigned correctly, we recommend that you perform several test scans. For this verification, please use the same device that you will also use at your event.
