FIX: Some minor problems - but reworked a lot of the internal logic
NEW: Implementented auth= parameter for track ping call to ensure caller is a real track box

CHANGE: Track Box is now only applying the moving algorithm, if it is actually going somewhere (>5km/h) - This is a new state called "TRAVELLING" - This means that shaking on a boat or buoy will considered to be stationary.
It will keep the TRAVELLING state for 1min if not moving (on a briefly stopping car) to avoid switching between the algorithms.
CHANGE: Removed XM flag - will now be reported as X
NEW: Support for RR SIM CARDs (with automatic detection)
Internal: Function to write SIM CARD PINS and set LOCK
