Are there any personalization fees?
Our print products can contain individual data depending on the participant. As soon as you
- submit an Excel list or
- use data from a RACE RESULT 14 event file or
- provide QR codes or graphics from third-party services for recognition and photo distribution platforms
There will be a one-off cost of 15 EUR / 15 USD for personalization.
The following variables are free of charge, if they do not need an Excel file and do not have a RACE RESULT 14 event ID linked:
- Simple bib number ranges
- Barcode / QR code
- Relay numbers
- Layout -> entire layout or only logo change
- Texts such as competition name per number range
- Color changes of areas and text
How do I submit personalization data?
During the order process, you can add the personalization option in the "Personalization" configuration step and choose from the following options:
- If using RACE RESULT 14, you can specify the event ID.
- You can upload a single Excel file directly.
- You can also choose to send the Excel list via email to shop@raceresult.com at a later time (please include your order ID).
How can I permanently delete personal data?
- If you would like to have the personalization data you submitted permanently deleted, you can initiate this via the privacy icon. To do so, go to “Orders” in your customer account and click on the icon to the right of the magnifying glass for the relevant order. The deletion can be carried out immediately - even before production begins. In this case, printing with personalization data will no longer be possible.
- We recommend performing the deletion only after you have received and checked the goods. Otherwise, in the event of a reprint or a complaint, you may need to provide the personalization data again.
- Please note that once the personalization data has been deleted, a preview of the order may only be available to a limited extent or may no longer be possible at all.
