The key part of the VIP Packages is that they should be only accessible with a password. 

The password verification does not require any additional fields, in the field drop down is an option for password, this can additionally be set to the Special Function Password Entry which simply means the password is not user-readable when entered.

For the VIP packages themselves we simply created an Additional Field with a Drop Down with the different options. Below was also some separator text which was shown depending on the selected package in the drop down. 

All of these fields and the PICBOX surrounding them were set hidden using Show Only If, which can again compare to the Password which has been entered.
