Visitors can leave comments in two places on my.raceresult.com: on the event’s Reviews tab, and for individual participants on a Participant View.

All comments across your events can be reviewed and moderated together here, in the Start menu under my.raceresult.com, alongside Event Groups and Inquiries.

Each comment is automatically analyzed by an LLM and reviewed daily by Race Result, and classified as allow, review, or block. Comments classified block are shown struck through and are not visible on my.raceresult.com; review and allow remain visible. Use the Type and Status filters above the list to narrow it down, for example to only Participant View comments still awaiting review.

Comments are grouped by event, and each entry shows its timestamp, author, and text, along with the participant it was left for if it came from a Participant View. Click the Moderation drop-down next to a comment to allow, flag for review, or block it, overriding the automatic classification at any time.
