If you send hardware back to us in Pfinztal, whether for repair or upgrade, please note the following:

• Always use a shipping service provider like UPS, FedEx or DHL. Don't use your local post office.
• Outside the EU, a commercial invoice with a low value must always be included and the items must be declared as returned goods. Failing to do so, may result in import costs which we will pass on to you. Please note: It is only possible to declare the items as returned goods up to a maximum of 3 years after the purchase date!
• Always write the RMA order number on the box so that we can quickly and easily assign the shipment to your order.
