For a permanent fix, boxes need to be sent to RACE RESULT. To do so create a Repair Order from your customer account.  

You can perform a temporary fix yourself, this may be repated if necessary:

IMPORTANT: The device must be fully powered down, after turning off - wait 1 minute to allow full internal shut down.  

1.) Remove the six screws at the front of the Track Box using a 2.5mm allen key.

2.) Open the box and locate the serial header with exposed pins, you do not need to remove the main board.

3.) Create a short between the first and second pins using something metallic. DO NOT SHORT ANY OTHER PINS:

4.) After short-circuiting the two contacts, you can close the track box again and fasten the lid with the six screws. If the error occurs again, you can repeat this process.
