Minor bugs fixed
Enhancement: List column headers in the Output Window are now fixed to the top of the window.
Bugfix: Main Window -> Chip File can nowhandle very large chip files.
New: Tool "Chip Check" shows last chip assignment.
New: New browser tool "Present Results"
