OrderID in disposable transponders
Did you know that every disposable tag we produce has its OrderID encoded in it? This OrderID is the same as on your invoice. It is absolutely unique over all our orders to all our customers.
You can find it printed on the Tag:

This order ID is also reported by our timing system and can be used to filter out any chip reads from last year's chips, or other transponders, using the automatic timing point selection rules.
Dos & Don'ts
Do
Passive-System
- Use Chip race numbers when they are worn on clothing
- Establish redundancies
- Have ample distance between the water exit and the timing line.
Active-System
- Use the Active-System at a mud run if the faces of the participants are not recognizable anymore
Don't
Passive-System
- Wear passive transponders under clothing
- Use magnets to attach the race numbers
- Use ankle worn transponders with 6 or 8 m antenna mats.
- Wear triathlon transponders or HuTags under the neoprene suite
- In-Water finish
