2026-07-17: New Bib Range settings

Since the most recent update this week we support filters in bib ranges. Please read the documentation on the new bib range handling in our Knowledge Base.
With this addition, the settings for bib suggestions when manually creating new participants have been moved to the Input Assistance under "Basic Settings > Participant Data > General Settings".
