Modern browsers have added an extra layer of security when connecting to devices on your local network. This setting is saved per URL, which means it needs to be enabled for both events.raceresult.com when working online as well as localhost when working offline. Select Site Information > Site Settings.
In Site Settings, look for the option called Local Network. Make sure it says Allow.
