Once Ubidium is connected to the internet you will need to first set your Customer ID on the system, this ensures that the data is linked to your RACE RESULT account. 

To do this open the Network settings menu by pressing the third from the top Navigation Button from the main screen, then press the bottom Navigation Button to open the Cloud settings Menu. 

To set the Customer number press the third Navigation Button and then use the Directional Buttons to set the correct number, note that the input accepts up to 6 digits so you may need to ensure to enter the correct number of leading zeros for shorter IDs. Once set, press OK to save the setting. 

Now use the top Navigation Button to set Enabled to YES. Once enabled the main screen will show a number next to Cloud, this is the number of passings which have been successfully uploaded to the server.
