What materials are used?

Bibs

We print our bibs on "Tyvek®" 75 g/m². "Tyvek®" is a non-woven Polyethylene fiber material. It is very light, does not rip, is breathable, and waterproof. The bibs are extremely durable and 100 % recyclable. Please note that "Tyvek®" can not be printed on by regular laser printers.

Bike Plates

We use Polypropylen 234 g/m² (300 μm) or 317,5g/m² (400 μm) for our Bike plates. This material is also waterproof, form-stable, and 100 % recyclable.

Flyer

We print our flyers on "Profi Silk (matt coated)" 135g/m². This PEFC certified material has a smooth and homogeneous surface. It impresses with brilliant colors and good readability.

Sticker waterproof

For our waterproof stickers as well as for the Triathlon Sticker Set and the Seatpost Sticker, we use the waterproof adhesive film "Digilabel PE white matt" 210 g/m² of which film 100 g/m².

Sticker water soluble

For our water soluble stickers we use the water soluble adhesive paper "Digilabel matt" 200 g/m² of which paper 90 g/m². To ensure an easy use, the back of the stickers is pre-cut.

Letter / Info Sheet

We print our letters / info sheets on "Digigold IceWhite" 90g/m². This uncoated material is wood-free and has a bright, high-white appearance.
