Visitors can leave comments in two places on my.raceresult.com: for the event on the Reviews tab, and for particpants on a Participant View that includes a comments element. Both are reviewed and deleted in my.raceresult.com > Handle Comments.

This page is separate from the Reviews tab settings, so comments left on a Participant View can still be handled if the Reviews tab has been deleted from the event. Access to the page can be granted on its own through Access Rights, for example for a community manager who does not need access to the rest of the event file.

The comments are shown in two lists.

Delete Event Comments - comments left on the reviews tab, with the timestamp, author, subject, and text of each comment.

Delete Comments on Participant Views - comments left for an individual participant, with the timestamp, author, participant, and text of each comment.

Click the delete icon next to an entry to remove that comment. Note that new comments are also checked on a daily basis by Race Result and comments deemed inappropriate will be removed.
