Complaint handling in RACE RESULT 14 is rebuilt: Complaints, now Inquiries, have moved from the event files to the start menu (RACE RESULT 14 > my.raceresult.com > Inquiries). Manage them across all events, write emails directly and use templates from your event file. Existing complaints are migrated automatically. Comments can now also be monitored across all events from the new sub-menu.
