Bugfix: problem with reassigning age groups fixed
Enhancement: "show if" function for fields in the online registration can now have two conditions
Enhancement: "show if" function for fields in the online registration can refer to the inital value (for Online Self Service, value before make the change. For example you can show an AYN only if it not checked. After clicking it, it will not disappear).
Enhancement: fields in the Self Service can be mandatory only if they were filled.
