The hotel is located in the charming coastal town of Colònia de Sant Jordi, known for its natural salt flats and stunning beaches. Mallorca’s southern tip offers a peaceful atmosphere, while still being just 40 minutes from Palma Airport.
What is the schedule for the conference?
The conference begins with a welcome reception on Tuesday afternoon.
On Wednesday and Thursday, we’ll have sessions from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, featuring presentations, discussions, and networking opportunities.
A group activity is planned for Wednesday afternoon – details will be announced soon.
Who can attend the conference?
The event is open to all race timers and event organizers – whether you're just starting out or have years of experience. You don’t need to be an existing RACE RESULT customer – anyone interested in our solutions is warmly welcome!
How do I secure my spot?
Your conference spot is confirmed once you've registered and booked your hotel room using the code we provide. Early registration is highly recommended, as spots are limited.
How do I book the hotel?
After registration, you’ll receive a personal booking code for the conference hotel. You’ll book your room directly with the hotel using that code.
The code is valid for stays between February 22 and March 1, 2026.
What are the hotel rates?
• Single superior room: €85/night (incl. breakfast)
• Suite superior room for 2 adults: €95/night (incl. breakfast)
What’s included in the conference fee?
The fee is €250 (excl. VAT) and includes:
• Full participation in the conference program
• Food & drinks during the day
• Dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday
• A group leisure activity
The conference fee will be invoiced in January 2026
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes – you're welcome to bring a companion. Just book a double room and let us know during registration if they’ll join the dinners or leisure activity (extra fees may apply).
What language will the conference be held in?
The main language of the conference is English. However, outside of the official sessions, our team is happy to assist you in German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
