We're heading north! To a place where Europe and North America are closer together than almost anywhere else, making Reykjavik the perfect meeting point for our international timer community.
Over two conference days, we'll combine technical sessions, customer presentations, and plenty of time for networking. Outside the conference room, Iceland provides the perfect backdrop to continue conversations, discover a fascinating country together and, with a bit of luck, even experience the northern lights.
We're excited about this new format and hope you'll join us for three unforgettable days in Reykjavik.
The conference will take place at Fosshotel Reykjavík, a modern four-star hotel just a short walk from Reykjavik's city centre.
The hotel offers modern conference facilities, comfortable rooms and several restaurants and bars, making it easy to continue conversations long after the last presentation of the day. Many of Reykjavik's sights, cafés and the waterfront are within walking distance.
Special room rate (per room, per night):
Single Room: ISK 30,900 (~€215 / ~$245)
Double Room: ISK 34,900 (~€242 / ~$276)
Breakfast, fitness center, and VAT included.
Our goal is to balance technical content with opportunities to meet fellow timers, exchange experiences and build new connections. The schedule below is preliminary and may still be adjusted as we finalize speakers and activities.
Is the conference suitable for first-time attendees?
Absolutely. Whether you've attended many conferences or this is your first one, the event is designed to encourage conversations and make it easy to meet other timers.
Do I have to participate in the sightseeing activities?
No. All leisure activities are optional and can be booked separately during registration. You're welcome to simply enjoy Reykjavik on your own if you prefer.
Will I get to see the northern lights?
We certainly hope so—but we can't promise it. February offers good chances, but visibility always depends on weather conditions. That's why we've reserved time on two evenings to maximize the opportunity.
How do I get to Reykjavik?
Reykjavik is served by direct flights from many European cities, as well as several North American airports, including New York and Boston. We recommend booking your flights well in advance to benefit from the best fares.
What is included in the conference fee?
The conference fee of 300 € includes participation in all conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, and the conference dinners on Thursday and Friday. Hotel accommodation, flights and optional leisure activities are booked separately.
How do I book my hotel room?
Participants book their hotel rooms individually. We have arranged a special conference rate at Fosshotel Reykjavík, which can be booked using a voucher code provided after registration.
The conference rate is valid for a minimum stay of three nights and is guaranteed until November 12, 2026 . After that date, bookings are subject to availability and the hotel's regular rates.
When should I register?
The sooner, the better! Not only will you have the best chance of finding affordable flights, but it also helps us plan the conference, catering and optional activities.
We kindly ask you to register by November 10, 2026. This also ensures access to the special conference hotel rate. Registrations after this date may still be possible, but hotel availability at the conference rate, conference capacity, and participation in optional activities cannot be guaranteed.
