Estimated Finish Time

For the estimated finish time we created an Additional Field as a Text Box, and then in the form fields used the Special Function Time Entry (HH:MM:SS). This creates 3 neat drop downs for hours, minutes and seconds. 

Medical Insurance Upload

This uses another Additional Field and then used the Special Function Upload File which allows participants to upload files which are then stored in the Event File. Once uploaded then the additional field returns a URL from which the file can be downloaded.

There is also an option to Upload Image which only allows recognised image types to be uploaded, when calling the url then the images can also be used in Outputs or Certificates.
