FIX: Error state handling and reporting issues
FIX: Issue with low RSSI TrackPings stopped recording to early
MOD: Now always using corrected V3 RSSI (also for reporting in RR12)
MOD: Now using seconds after peak to determine completion of recording (this is a major change!)
MOD: Now using triple observation span for weak single hit passings
MOD: Observation span is now also applied when a TrackPing is not really strong
MOD: Only if TrackPing is strong and has multiple hits, its recording will be stopped after Observation Cutoff
MOD: Moved to new logging server
