We ship the systems to arrive Friday prior to race day, at the latest. Usually we can ship the systems a few days earlier. We highly recommend to setup the hardware and simulate the race. You can use the ordered bibs for this, they will still work on race day. Indeed, you can also order a spare bib for testing purposes. By simulating the race, you make yourself more confident with the setup of the systems and the necessary configurations. For testing purposes, you can use a copy of your event file, which you can delete afterwards. In your online event, navigate to "Overview > Technical Information" and download a backup of this event file. Open this file and perform the test.
