We are honored to welcome RACE RESULT CTO Nikias Klohr to our conference. As the visionary behind the development of our groundbreaking timing system Ubidium and its Ground Antenna, he will share valuable insights into the technology and the continuous efforts behind the scenes.
The development team is dedicated to constantly enhancing Ubidium’s performance. In his session, Nikias will explain how real-world event data is used to fine-tune the system and will present key findings from major international races where Ubidium has already demonstrated its reliability.

The Venue
We are pleased to host the conference at the elegant M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur, a modern urban retreat nestled in lush greenery just minutes from the heart of the city. The hotel offers comfortable accommodations and convenient facilities, providing an ideal environment for both learning and networking during the event – as well as a perfect place to relax and explore the vibrant city. Kuala Lumpur airport (KLIA) ia around 60 km from the hotel.
After completing your conference registration, we will provide you with a special link to book your hotel room.
Registration
Registration for the conference is now open. We encourage you to secure your spot early, as the number of participants is limited.
Take advantage of our early bird rate of EUR 100 for all registrations completed by July 31. From August 1 onward, the regular fee of EUR 150 will apply.
The fee includes full participation, catering during the conference, and the evening dinner. Please note that registration is binding. The participation fee will be invoiced shortly before the event.
