Thanks to the detection height of up to 2.5 m and the simple active loop setup, which can even be buried in the ground, the active solution is the optimal solution for timing endurance riding competitions.
Horses are not disturbed by obstacles on the ground or structures to the sides and can easily pass through the state, finish or vetting gates.
With Loop Boxes you're able to set up all necessary timing points without additional Ubidium timing systems and thanks to the Track Box Active, even distant intermediate splits can still be recorded and evaluated in real time.
Depending on where your gates are, the loop cable of the Ubidium timing system can be pegged in to the ground with plastic pegs and optionally covered with a rubber mat or some straw. It's also possible to bury the loop in sand or pass it through PVC pipes buried in the ground for permanent installations. The transponder is either attached to the horse's harness or worn by the rider with a Velcro strap around the ankle. Connect Ubidium to a laptop via LAN, WiFi or LTE/GSM to get all finish times instantly. Our RACE RESULT 12 software can be used as your main scoring software or simply as middle ware for your timing and scoring application.

The cutting-edge timing system designed for superior performance and versatility. Boasts exceptional weatherproofing, lightweight design, and up to 32 hours battery life. Data is transmitted in real-time through multiple options, including SIM, Ethernet, POE, or USB-C connections.
Loop Box
Easy and cost-effective way to collect splits times. At nearby timing points detections are repeated wirelessly to the main system. In case of remote timing points, the ActivePro Transponder saves the passing time and then transmits them when arriving at the finish. Integrated battery for 12-20 h.
ActivePro V3 Transponder
The most accurate active transponder on the market. It combines a true accuracy of 0.004 s with 5 years battery life, 120 km/h max speed and the unique features "store mode" and "tracking mode". The design is 100% waterproof. No follow-up costs such as subscription or activation fees.
Velcro Strap
Used to attach the transponder to the ankle. Resuable and machine washable.
