RACE RESULT is proud to present an advanced online registration tool that brings even more clarity and convenience to the process of creating registration forms. The new tool is integrated into the existing RACE RESULT 12 software, which combines essential features such as registration management, payment processing, event timing, and result publication, offering athletes a seamless and comprehensive experience.

For the new concept, feedback and requests from customers around the world were gathered and evaluated. The setup of complex registrations has now become remarkably simpler and more intuitive. For each event, an unlimited number of unique registration forms can be utilized, each accessible through a dedicated link. It is now easier to differentiate between individual and group registrations. Moreover, specialized forms can be tailored to various competitions, VIP participants, professional athletes, or voucher holders.

Enhanced User Experience

With a strong focus on enhancing the user experience, the registration forms can be divided into steps. This significantly improves clarity, particularly on mobile devices. Enhanced styling options allow customizing the look and feel of the forms to align with the race brand. During setup, limits can now be set for certain quotas, such as for individual competitions or available T-shirt sizes. The new after save actions allow for automatic sending of a confirmation email after successful registration. Even a tool for capturing a signature directly on the screen is included.

Since August 1st, all events created in RACE RESULT 12 automatically benefit from the enhanced online registration capabilities. When copying older events, a specialized conversion program tries to transfer fundamental settings from the previous tool to the new one. Existing events remain unchanged.
